Live Green has legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with Viv website user data that is being collected from the Viv website. The first time that you provide us with registration information through the Viv website, you will be able to decide whether you want to subscribe to e-mails or newsletters from us and our Viv partners. After your first use, you can change your initial choices by contacting us at Info@VivBizClub.com. Each commercial e-mail that we send to you, if any, will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of continuing to receive such messages. We may take up to thirty (30) days to process your opt-out requests. In some instances, we may have already shared your information with one of our authorized third parties before you changed your e-mail and newsletter choices. In those cases, you may have to directly contact those third parties to opt-out of receiving their communications. We may send you transactional and relationship e-mail without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those types of e-mail.
The Viv website is a general audience website. Viv does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13), unless we receive verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If Viv becomes aware that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information without the proper consent, that information will be deleted from our databases.
