What is the Viv Biz Club? We are a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) focused on brokering large volume based discounts on sustainable products for our members.
Does Viv sell any products itself? No. All of our members purchase their products directly from our Supply Partners.

How do a place an order with a Viv supplier? Methods vary by supplier, but orders can be placed online, over the phone, or in-store (depending on the supplier). Please visit our suppliers page for exact details.
Do Viv’s Suppliers deliver nationally? Most do. Please visit our suppliers page for more details.
What are the shipping costs charged by Viv Suppliers? Shipping rates vary by supplier. Please visit our suppliers page for more details.
How can I receive samples of products carried by Viv suppliers? Please visit our suppliers page for directions on how to order samples from each of our suppliers; if you are a business based in San Francisco, Viv may be able to get samples to you directly. How can I get more information on the specific sustainability characteristics of various products carried by Viv suppliers? Viv focuses on brokering discounts on sustainable products which carry some or all of the following characteristics: compostable, high percentage of recycled & post-consumer recycled content, non-toxic, energy efficient production process vs. traditional products. Please either visit our suppliers page for an overview of our product focus with each supplier or see product specific pages located at our supplier websites.
World Centric’s Products / Compostable Food Packaging
Many folks that join the Viv Biz Club are interested in the compostable food packaging products offered by our partner supplier, World Centric. Here are a few of the frequently asked questions regarding these products:
What does “Special Order” mean? Items that are available on special order are not always in stock. These items may be in stock, but if they are not available, they typically require a production lead time of 8-10 weeks. To see if an item is in stock, please head to worldcentric.org and add the item to your cart. Check your cart and if the item is out of stock it will be noted.
If an item is out of stock, you can place a special order for it through a World Centric account rep. If you’re already a Viv Biz Club member, please email us at Partners@VivBizClub.com and we’ll send along contact info for your account rep.
I need to place a last minute order. How soon will the products arrive? Please see our shipping time table for World Centric to see estimated shipping times for your respective geography. If you’re in a rush, we highly recommend placing your order before 2:30pm PST as this will allow your order to process that day and ship out the following day.
Member Questions
Do schools and non-profits get a discount on membership? Yes, we reduce our membership fee down to $1 for all K-12 schools and non-profits. If you are representing a school or a non-profit, please email us at Partners@VivBizClub.com to get started.
